Crystal Frost thought toughest event of being with PD was just taking pain but(!) psychologically it is much worse than that. He wants her to beg him for pain & there is something unbearably humiliating about that. He demands impossible from her & punishes her when she falters. Life is not fair, even when you are free. When you are owned by someone like PD it is barely life.
